Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is seeking an Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. This role will shape financial strategy, oversee audit, finance, loan servicing, and treasury, and partner with the President & CEO to expand lending and impact.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in nonprofit or CDFI finance, a relevant degree (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred), and a proven record in ALM, liquidity risk, and capital planning.
