Seasonal Team Associate

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Help customers find what they need across a range of departments, keeping aisles neat, stocking shelves, answering questions, and occasionally assisting ’ll be expected to keep the store organized, work with supervisors and fellow associates, and maintain a positive, helpful attitude.

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
