Willow Tree Healthcare Center, a member of the Communi Care Family, is seeking a Social Services Designee in Charles Town, WV for a full-time role. LSW preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, with prior social services experience in a long-term care environment.
You will advocate for residents, coordinate with direct caregivers, report grievances to the Director of Social Services, and help meet residents' psychosocial needs with confidentiality and professionalism.
