At Omega Health Services, we help individuals with disabilities and veterans overcome barriers to employment and achieve greater independence through meaningful work.
We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and self‑motivated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Charles Town team. This is a field‑based role where you’ll work directly with individuals, employers, and community partners to help people succeed on the job.
What You’ll Do- Provide hands‑on job coaching during onboarding, training, and workplace activities.
- Support individuals in developing workplace skills and achieving employment goals.
- Identify and support appropriate workplace accommodations and assistive technology.
- Build positive relationships between individuals, coworkers, supervisors, and employers.
- Help develop natural workplace supports that encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and track employment milestones.
- Coordinate community and employment‑related transportation when needed.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and other members of the support team.
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed.
Required:- A relevant work or life experience
supporting individuals with disabilities. - Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.

- Working with veterans or individuals with disabilities
- Experience in education, tutoring, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, or working with veterans is a plus.
