Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure that all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Oversee food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Provide regular feedback to Team Members and actively participate in their training; handle conflicts with RGM.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory, labor, facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
