Location: Hilltop Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Charleston, IL

Schedule: Part-Time

. You’ll play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by organizing and leading fun, meaningful activities. If you enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a compassionate, team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Lead and assist with daily recreational and social activities that promote engagement and well-being
• Help plan, schedule, and set up activities and special events
• Distribute activity calendars and assist with communication to residents and families
• Encourage residents to participate and bring energy and enthusiasm to every event
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation
  
  Support the Activity Director and complete other duties as assigned

• Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) required
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
• Creative, organized, and motivated team player
• Enjoys working with seniors and fostering a positive environment
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
