DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with quality assurance activities including inspections, audits, and non-conformance investigations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and process data to identify trends, deviations, and support troubleshooting of production issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Assist in process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI).
- Support process validation, capability studies, and data collection during trial runs.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field), preferably with second year standing or higher.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and lean methodologies is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on, technical environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
