Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with quality assurance activities including inspections, audits, and non-conformance investigations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and process data to identify trends, deviations, and support troubleshooting of production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist in process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI).
• Support process validation, capability studies, and data collection during trial runs.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field), preferably with second year standing or higher.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and lean methodologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on, technical environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
