Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Demonstrated competency in Med-Surg clinical skills and patient assessment
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to varying protocols and patient populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatments
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and care plans
