Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple properties. This role focuses on month‑end close, financial reporting, tax reviews, and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Manage month‑end close, including financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Handle administrative tasks for assigned properties such as correspondence, license renewals, and property tax tracking.
• Review sales tax and accommodation tax returns.
• Prepare and enter journal entries.
• Support accounts payable processes and monitor bank balances.
• Provide backup support to other accounting team members.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents (scanning, filing, etc.).
• Assist with special projects and respond to internal information requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends when needed.
