Corporate Finance Accountant II-8
The Corporate Finance Accountant II will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager and it's respective functional role. This position requires the ability to analyze multiple aspects of certain balance sheet accounts, including monthly reconciliation and mid-level complex accounting transactions. This role will contribute to the monthly finance close process as well as the annual year-end audit.

This position is responsible for the reconciliation of several liability accounts, including tax-liability accounts, refund liability accounts, retainage payable, capital accrual accounts and the accounts payable accounts. The position will also assist in recording month-end close entries to ensure accruals are made properly and adequate support and justification is provided upon request. In addition, this role will assist other general ledger accountants in journal entry preparation, assistance of filing and recording supporting documentation and other administrative tasks as needed.
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field and three (3) years work experience in a business-related field such as accounting, business, audit or finance. Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills' ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Outlook software;
Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat software is a plus. Preferred: A bachelor's degree in accounting with hospital/healthcare based work experience; MBA, MHA, CHFP, or CPA designation a plus.
