Senior Tax Manager

A locally-owned, well-established tax accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Tax to join its growing team. • Lead all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and research across a diverse client base
• Review and oversee preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and multi-state tax returns
• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying tax strategies and planning opportunities for clients
• Manage and mentor staff, providing ongoing guidance and development
• Oversee complex engagements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery
• Stay current on tax law changes and proactively apply insights
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and firm initiatives

• CPA required
• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical expertise in tax compliance and planning
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
