Non Profit Accounting Manager – Charleston, SC

An impactful Non Profit in Charleston is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and ensure compliance. Bring your accounting expertise to a team making a difference!

• Supervise accounting staff managing general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for transactions and budgeting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Manage audits, reconciliations, and grant compliance reporting.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.

• Proven accounting management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct and expertise in Excel required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
