What You'll Be DoingPartner with the SEFA accounting team with billing, payroll and vendor payables. Perform and assist with the processing and auditing of daily billing. Perform and assist with the timely processing of load payroll entries for company drivers. Assist with the review and processing of invoices from outside carriers. Partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support efficient workflows.
Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits, and administrative activities.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data. Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn company systems and processes.
WorkEnvironment
Office-based position supporting transportation and logistics functions. Frequent interaction with operations personnel, accounting teams, and external hauling vendors. Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, organization, and effective time management. Regular use of computers, business software, and transportation-related systems.
