JOB DESCRIPTION Greystar’s Corporate Accounting & Tax Internship provides hands‑on experience across External Reporting & Technical Accounting and Tax. You’ll work alongside both teams on real projects while gaining exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, tax compliance, and investor reporting.

• Assist with quarterly financial reporting and financial statement disclosures.
• Support accounting research, technical accounting projects, and reporting processes.
• Prepare tax work papers and documentation supporting tax returns, audits, and REIT compliance.
• Assist with investor tax documentation, including Schedule K-1s and related communications.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting and tax tracking information.
• Partner with accounting, tax, and business teams on projects throughout the summer.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

The compensation for this position is $26.75/hour Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions:
