Key Responsibilities- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
- Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial variances and support audit activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
- Advanced spreadsheet tool skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
