Location: Charleston, SC (On-Site Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
What You’ll DoAs a Payment Auditing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Lead Auditors with uncovering payment discrepancies in freight spend and helping ensure our customers get the financial recovery they deserve.
- Auditing freight payment data to identify billing errors
- Building and updating client reports using Excel and Word
- Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and PowerPoint presentations
- Managing client accounts and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Navigating online payment portals to gather critical data
- Attending Zoom meetings and contributing to project execution
- Supporting select administrative functions with accuracy and urgency
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Can manage 40+ emails/day with clarity, professionalism, and follow-through
- Thrives in focused-tasking environments, not multitasking chaos
- Quick learner who can pick up systems and processes with ease
- Works well both independently and collaboratively
- Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and stays cool under pressure
- Energized by solving problems and loves checking things off a list
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude every day
- 2+ years of experience auditing freight bills
- Holder of a 4-year degree (not required, but helpful)
- 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (prorated your first year)
