Location Hanahan, SC
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-5 years of executive administrative support, office management, or nonprofit administration experience.
  • Strong project coordination, data management, and compliance reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership Support
  • Provide direct administrative support including calendar management, correspondence, document preparation, and action item follow-up.
  • Draft and edit materials for board meetings, strategic initiatives, and community presentation s.
  • Prioritize communications and prepare executive briefings to support informed decision-making.
Office & Administrative Operations
  • Oversee daily office coordination, vendor relationships, supplies, and workflow systems.
  • Support HR administration including onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and benefits coordination.
  • Assist with financial processes such as invoicing, budget tracking, audit preparation, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and administrative procedures to enhance operational efficienc y.
Board & Governance Support
  • Coordinate board and committee meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and board packets.
  • Maintain accurate governance records, board rosters, and compliance documentatio n.
  • Support board member onboarding and ensure alignment with bylaws and governance standards.
