Our client, a reputable organization in the Charleston, SC area, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Range: $19
Shift: 8a-5pm
What's the Job?
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide information and answer inquiries via telephone or console switchboard
- Receive and send packages through courier services
- Maintain visitor logs, call records, and issue security passes or badges
- Manage the schedule and equipment for the boardroom, and perform other clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and mailing
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
