FZ is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is focused on serving customers throughout Michigan, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

FZ is looking for an entry-level, on-site Project Administrator to support multiple electrical projects in Charleston. This role is responsible for providing on-site administrative support to a variety of internal and external customers for large, electrical projects. This role will play a large part in executing a successful project due to being highly responsive, reliable, and accurate.

Key

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience - required; construction or electrical administrative experience - preferred.
  • Computer Skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.) - required;
    Bluebeam Rev - preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and tenacity to meet the demands of each day.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to go above and beyond to help the team as needed.
