* Ensure all information relayed to the guest is complete and accurate based on scorecard metrics
* Prepare and provide accurate data that is accurately detailed in systems to build reports that will better support our teams
* Effectively communicate your findings with your fellow team members as well as your management
* Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and company appointments
Qualifications

* High school Diploma/GED
* 1 year of timeshare sales experience preferred
* Communicate clearly and distinctly with new owners. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and problem-solving skills.
* Must be computer savvy and have experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must possess the ability to acquire your notary license.
* Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays Must exude a professional demeanor at all times on duty or on property
Preferred Qualifications:
* It's advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or related experience preferred Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience preferred.
* 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance (QAM) or as a Verification Loan
* 2+ Officer (VLO)
* Existing Notary Licensure
