Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth planning, execution, and go‑live activities. This role requires frequent onsite presence, including project meetings and walkthroughs.
Top Skills- Experience supporting a project manager with administrative tasks to reduce workload. Items may include planning, project meetings, walkthroughs, go‑live support, meeting notes, project documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience working with all levels of a business organization and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in a healthcare environment and working with clinical leaders.
- Experience tracking documentation and project plans using Smart Sheets and Service Now.
Contract position based in Charleston, SC.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $35.00 – $45.00/hr.
