Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The individual will oversee sales strategies, manage key business development initiatives and cultivate relationships with clients in one or more industries. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue objectives.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth.
- Strong skills in Business Development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities.
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on fostering and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in software (SaaS) sales
- Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the logistics, intermodal, or transportation industry is a plus.
