The company is seeking a Superintendent to support a $125M healthcare project in Charleston, working closely alongside a Senior Superintendent. This role is ideal for a superintendent who thrives on large, technical projects and wants exposure to a flagship healthcare build with an established, high-performing team.

• Base Salary: $120,000 to $160,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
• Vehicle Allowance: $750 per month + Gas Card
• Healthcare: Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage
• 401k: 3% company contribution (paid even if you do not contribute)
• Parental Leave: 8 weeks maternity leave at 100% pay / 3 weeks paternity/partner leave at 100% pay

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on healthcare projects valued at $50M+
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative project team
• Must be able to commute to Charleston on a daily basis
