• Directing all daily activities on the job site and managing subcontractor crews.
• Developing and maintaining short‑term "look‑ahead" schedules to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring every worker follows safety rules and that the work meets high‑quality standards.
• Managing deliveries, site logistics, and inspections to avoid delays.
• Solving field issues quickly to keep production moving.
• Keeping daily logs, tracking man‑hours, and reporting progress to the office.

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead or Assistant Superintendent on commercial job sites.
• A strong understanding of site work, structural systems, and interior finishes.
• Ability to manage subcontractors firmly but fairly and keep a team motivated.
• A valid OSHA 30‑hour certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a tablet/computer for daily reports and communicating clearly with the project team.
