Contracting Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracting Project Manager to lead commercial construction and concrete projects in Charleston, SC. This full-time role combines preconstruction planning, field coordination, and budget management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and capable of overseeing multiple projects in Charleston, SC while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction and concrete projects in Charleston, SC from bid award through project closeout

• Oversee jobsite progress, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements
• Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage project scope and expectations
