Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and in accordance with the project plan and quality standards
• Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects without compromising quality
• Lead and coordinate efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Regularly inspect ongoing work, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specifications; implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnel
• Address any on-site issues, discrepancies, or unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, equipment logs, and personnel records

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial construction
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Compensation:

• Full time
• Starting Salary $60,000- $70,000 per year, Depending on Experience
