The Role:- Lead preconstruction on $5M–$20M commercial projects
- Work with a lean, high-performing leadership team
- Own the process from conceptual budgets through GMP
- 5+ years of commercial GC estimating experience
- Strong technical skills and independent decision-making
- Someone who values accountability and craftsmanship
- $110K–$140K base salary + Bonus and preconstruction project win bonuses
- Direct access to leadership, zero corporate red tape
- Stable pipeline in one of the Southeast's hottest markets
