Intra Coastal Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver civil and site development projects across the Low country. This role assumes full responsibility from contract execution through final closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from contract through final closeout
- Buy out materials and subcontractors within budget
- Coordinate scheduling with Superintendents
- Track job costs, production, and forecasting
- Manage subcontractors from award through closeout
- Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with engineers on value engineering opportunities
- Assist with estimating and project negotiations
- Prepare closeout documents and as-builts
- Minimum 3 years in sitework or civil construction
- Ability to read construction drawings and geotechnical reports
