Operations Manager, Occupational Health & Safety
The Safety Coordinator supports the implementation and daily execution of Frampton Construction’s safety program across active jobsites. This role works closely with project teams and field leadership to reinforce safety standards, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of accountability and care.
The Safety Coordinator plays a key role in driving consistency in safety planning, documentation, and field execution while supporting continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities Field Safety Support- Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
- Assist with daily safety planning and pre-task meetings
- Monitor compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Support incident response, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Assist in coordinating safety orientations and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support tracking of training certifications and required safety credentials
- Identify potential hazards and work with field leadership to mitigate risk
- Reinforce safe work practices with subcontractors and craft personnel
- Escalate significant safety concerns to Safety Manager or Director
- Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to integrate safety into daily operations
- Support company wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
