We are currently searching for an Interiors Project Manager to join our team. The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership leaders, subcontractor partners and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will support current and upcoming interior up-fit projects in the Charleston, area.
- Develop and maintain detailed budgets for interior renovation scopes, including finishes, MEP upgrades, and specialty installations.
- Execute buyout strategies for interior trades such as drywall, flooring, millwork, and specialty contractors, ensuring competitive pricing and scope clarity.
- Source and contract subcontractors with proven experience in interior upfits, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and manage submittals for interior components including cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and specialty systems to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Build and maintain detailed schedules focused on sequencing of interior trades, turnover milestones, and coordination with building operations.
- Enforce safety protocols tailored to occupied buildings and interior work environments, while maintaining high standards for finish quality and cleanliness.

- College degree in construction management, engineering, or similar or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in project management
- Top candidates will possess strong knowledge of the local Charleston, SC area
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Procore is a plus
