Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate pricing and complete scope coverage
- Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and supplier quotations
- Identify scope gaps, project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors throughout the bidding process
- Develop competitive and profitable proposals
- Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and bid documentation
- Assist with project turnover and communication to operations following project award

- Visual Display Boards
- Architectural Specialty Products
- Minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous Division 10 estimating experience
- Bluebeam, Plan Swift, On‑Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
