- Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff across all phases of the project.
- Develop and manage site logistics plans and construction schedules with regular updates.
- Coordinate all trade partners, including scheduling and full scope of work management.
- Lead and enforce safety standards and ensure quality control on site.
- 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, including $20M+ projects.
- OSHA certification and the ability to read and interpret technical specs and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
