We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high‑end remodeling and residential projects. What You Will Do
  • Own the Build:
    Manage residential and light commercial projects from pre-construction planning straight through to final closeout.
  • Manage the

    Schedule:

    Develop strict timelines, set benchmarks, and hold subcontractors and vendors accountable to the schedule.
  • Control the Budget:
    Procure materials, monitor inventory, and proactively resolve scope/budget changes before they become emergencies.
  • Communicate:
    Keep owners, architects, and internal teams updated. You are the face of the project.
  • Quality Control:
    Conduct daily site visits to ensure safety standards and our high-quality craftsmanship requirements are met.
What We Need From You
  • 5+ Years

    Experience:

    Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager (Residential construction/remodeling strongly preferred).
  • The Technical

    Skills:

    You can read and interpret complex blueprints and construction docs.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Experience with construction management software (Experience with Job Tread is a massive plus).
  • The Physicality:
    Ability to lift 50+ pounds as required when walking job sites.
  • The Mindset:
    You are organized, proactive, and communicate like a professional.
