We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical commercial and/or industrial construction projects in the Charleston, SC area. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedules, budgets, safety standards, and client expectations are successfully met.

• Experience managing electrical commercial construction and/or industrial electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of water treatment projects and federal construction projects preferred
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and overall project execution
• Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and client communication
• Ability to coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership groups
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be accountable, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish
• Ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction preferred
• Experience with government and federal projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships
