Entry Level Project Manager – High End Residential

We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our award‑winning residential construction team. You’ll be hands‑on with luxury home projects across Kiawah Island and the surrounding areas.

• Assist in managing ground‑up residential construction projects (2,800‑7,000+ sq ft)
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and surveyors
• Support client communications, updates, and on‑site meetings
• Help maintain construction schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Learn the full project cycle – from plans to punch list – under expert mentorship

• 2+ years of construction experience
• Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company
• Strong communicator – personable, professional, and responsive
• Tech savvy – comfortable with iPhone/iPad, Windows, and software tools
• Well‑presented, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working flexible hours and being available when needed (including holidays)
• Construction‑related degree is a plus, but not required
