South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to operate Backhoe, Excavator, Loader, and related machinery. You will support the foreman with safety practices, flagging, and inspections, ensuring compliance and efficiency on site.
Responsibilities include drainage and road repair work, pipe laying, curb and sidewalk construction, and concrete pours. Candidates must have 1 year of related experience and obtain a Class A CDL within 6 months.
