Sander Brothers Construction Company is seeking a Milling Supervisor to assist with our Asphalt Paving and Milling Operations in the Low country. This position will be vital in our day-to-day asphalt operations and would provide direct field and management support within the department and company overall.

• Oversee daily milling operations and maintain daily timesheets for all personnel.
• Develop and teach a team of milling operators to perform all aspects of both operations and maintenance of the milling machine.
• Coordinate with Asphalt Area Manager, Field Managers and Project Managers for scheduling of milling operations.
• Monitor and maintain production goals for milling projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance, coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on machines and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Develop and implement training programs that follow best practices and enhance team capabilities.

• 5+ years with milling operations.
• Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills with the ability to teach.
• Knowledge of all operations of milling machines both top and bottom.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read plans and understand grade elevations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills to keep up with time and production logs.
