Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor costs, change orders, and ensure projects stay within budget
• Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day project progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project phases
• Proficiency in tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
