Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a growing General Contractor with a strong portfolio of commercial, and healthcare construction projects. This individual will be responsible for leading all field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project comple
• tion.
  
  Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality con
• trol.
  
  Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achi
• eved.
  
  Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, school district representatives, and trade partners to resolve field issues and maintain project mome
• ntum.
  
  Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress upd
• ates.
  
  Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job
• site.
  
  Review construction documents and proactively identify potential conflicts, constructability concerns, and schedule imp
• acts.
  
  Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company quality expectat
• ions.
  
  Mentor field staff and foster a positive, accountable team cul
• ture.
  
  Take ownership of project execution and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifec
• ycle.
  
  Manage project activities in occupied or active campus environments while minimizing disruptions and maintaining sa

• ations
  7+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent for a General Cont
• ractor.
  
  Proven experience independently managing ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects valued a
• t $30M.Commercial/healthcare/federal construction experience is strongly pre
• ferred.
  
  Experience with commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects pre
• ferred.
  
  Structural concrete and masonry construction experience is a stron
• g plus.
  
  Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and field coordi
• nation.
  
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
• skills.
  
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction enviro
• nments.
  
  Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools pre
• ferred.
  
  OSHA certification and a strong commitment to jobsite safety pre
• ferred.
