** The Senior Superintendent at Choate Construction is a seasoned field leader who owns the successful delivery of complex, full‐cycle projects, setting the standard for execution, quality, and safety from start to finish. This role leads through experience—mentoring field teams, building trusted relationships, and serving as a professional solution‐finder across multiple project types. As the face of the jobsite, the Senior Superintendent champions Choate’s safety culture every day, because we only live one life and protecting our people is non‐negotiable.

*** You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
* You have experience with managing projects from day one through project completion.
* You have demonstrated success with the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
* You can demonstrate the ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery
* You have led project teams through strong relationships, serving as a field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
* You can effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
· You have served as a mentor and leader for field staff, developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents through hands‐on coaching, knowledge sharing, and leading by example to strengthen safety, performance, and long‐term growth.
