Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Insight Global is currently hiring a Construction Project Manager with a strong general contractor background to lead complex projects from pre construction through closeout. This role will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, change management, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing commercial, industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing construction projects in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.
Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, field teams, and trade partners while maintaining project documentation, resolving issues, and driving accountability across all phases of construction.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- General Contractor experience
- Commercial, industrial, manufacturing, airport project experience
- Procore or Bluebeam construction management platform experience
Base compensation: $120-140K, plus $775 monthly car allowance, annual bonus earning potential of $40-60K
