Commercial general contractor specializing in government, mission-critical, data center, and commercial construction projects, with project values ranging from $100K to $600M.

Currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Charleston team. With 22% projected growth over the next 12 months and more than $1 billion in upcoming projects throughout the Charleston region, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in its continued success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience delivering mission-critical, data center, or government projects preferred
• Strong leadership experience managing project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
