We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil and highway construction to oversee field operations on complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with deep knowledge of earthwork, roadway construction, utilities, structures, and DOT-regulated projects

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil and/or highway construction
• Proven experience with DOT projects, roadway construction, earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, and paving
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Experience working on state or federal DOT projects
• Knowledge of GPS machine control, surveying, or scheduling software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Background in bridge, structural concrete, or large‑scale infrastructure projects
