Project Superintendent

Job Description

Experience:

Senior Level

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

• Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff across all phases of the project.
• Develop and manage site logistics plans and construction schedules with regular updates.
• Coordinate all trade partners, including scheduling and full scope of work management.
• Lead and enforce safety standards and ensure quality control on site.

• 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, including $20M+ projects.
• OSHA certification and the ability to read and interpret technical specs and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
