Sea Island Land Development is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead and manage our masonry crews on site development projects across the Low country. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality work, teamwork, and safety.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and direct a masonry crew on projects including retaining walls, headwalls, foundations, and other structures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts to guide construction.
  • Ensure masonry work is completed on time, within scope, and to company quality standards.
  • Lead daily safety talks and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades on job sites.
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members to build strong, capable teams.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong ability to read plans, lay out work, and ensure accuracy.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crews.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Physical ability to perform masonry work when needed and work outdoors in varying conditions.
