You’ll take full ownership of site delivery on a ground-up multifamily project in Charleston — leading field operations from mobilisation through closeout and driving schedule, subcontractor performance, quality, safety and overall project delivery.

• 7+ years’ experience in construction, with a strong background in ground-up multifamily projects

• Proven experience running large multifamily projects as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
  .
• Ability to manage schedule, subcontractors, inspections, quality control and day-to-day site operations.
• Strong communication and leadership style – able to drive performance while maintaining good relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.
