Project Superintendent – Charleston, SC Join an Industry Leader

- Leadership: Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff.
- Site Planning: Develop and execute site logistics plans and conduct constructability reviews.
- Trade Coordination: Schedule and manage trade partners and scope of work.
- Scheduling: Build, update, and manage project schedules, resolving impacts proactively.
- Compliance & Safety: Lead safety enforcement, manage quality control, and coordinate with local authorities and special inspectors.
- 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Proven history managing $20M+ projects
- OSHA certification required
- Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix)
- Hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Outstanding communication skills and a team-first mindset
