Lennar is seeking a Land Purchasing Manager/Estimator to lead development procurement and bid management for land projects. You’ll review civil drawings, coordinate with Project Managers and suppliers, and ensure cost-effective contracts and budgets.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in land development or civil estimating, strong reading of blueprints, and familiarity with JD Edwards/Build Pro tools. On-site work across community sites is required.
