Position Overview:

Superintendent II manages assigned scopes of work independently while also supporting or working under a Senior Superintendent when the project requires it. Depending on project size and complexity, this role may also be working alongside an Assistant Superintendent. The focus is on coordinating trades, maintaining quality and safety, and running portions of the project with minimal oversight.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for assigned scopes or smaller projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and specifications for accurate field execution.
• Lead daily huddles and assist in weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Perform daily reporting and help update the project schedule.
• Conduct routine quality checks and corrective actions.
• Enforce all job site safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to Superintendent I.

• 5-9 years of superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Competence in digital reporting tools and field management apps.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

• Experience managing small commercial projects independently.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to create or update look-ahead schedules.
