Drywall Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of drywall, metal framing, and interior finishes experience
• Strong drywall and metal stud framing background in Project Management
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal training
• Strong understanding of field operations and installation methods
• Experience leading commercial construction projects
• Direct experience working for a drywall/interiors contractor preferred
• Ability to attend project meetings and conduct site visits as needed
• Experience with Quick Bid, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), Buzzbid etc.

• Existing Charleston market knowledge and industry relationships
• Experience bidding Charleston-area work

Insight Global is currently seeking a Project Manager to join a client in the commercial interiors construction industry in Charleston, SC. This individual will lead drywall, metal framing, ceiling, and interior finish projects throughout the Charleston office territory. They will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field coordination, subcontractors, and customer relationships. The Project Manager will attend weekly project meetings, conduct site visits, and provide operational leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

They will collaborate with estimating teams when required and leverage their field expertise to drive project success. The ideal candidate can work independently, provide leadership to project teams, and help support continued growth throughout the Charleston market.
